Hidden, in clear view,
Dwell monsters.
Designer clothes
Designer toys
Designer tastes
A child in the cupboard,
A meth lab in the attic,
A body in the basement.
Isolated, Insulated, Incomplete.
Doing whatever it takes
To make ends meet.
Apparent normality
Shielding the depth
Of depravity.
Dead hearts and souls don't keep friends.
