I hold on to this every day when faced with someone who voices an opinion or thought different to mine. I breathe, consider, take what I can from the situation, and then let it go. Often, easier said than done.
Prejudice and narrow-mindedness are easier to see in others than ourselves. It can be hard to 'let it go'.
